E-safety Support team up with ChatFOSS to bring a brand new e-safety seminar to Leeds

E-safety in schools : The minefield of 2016 - Friday 17th June 2016, St Georges Centre, Leeds

Overview
E-safety continues to gain apace as a topic. Schools are expected to be experts in this ever changing topic. The plethora of issues it raises, together with continual changes in apps, technology and the associated problems this brings creates a minefield for education professionals.

This one day conference brings together a range of experts in the field to equip you with the skills to deliver e-safety confidently and effectively in your setting.

Admin Details
This conference has been put together with the support of both the speakers and E-Safety Support and therefore the cost has been kept as low as possible. Early bird tickets are available for £30 for delegates registering before Friday 27th May. After the 27th the cost will be £50 per delegate. Register online

Getting to the venue
The St Georges Centre is conveniently located in the centre of Leeds next to the Leeds General Infirmary.

Train: Travel to Leeds Station, from which is approximately 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes in a taxi.
Car: Car parking is available at The Light, the St Johns Centre and the Merrion Centre. These are all within 5 minutes walk from the St George’s Centre.
Bus:St George’s Centre is two minutes walk from a bus stop served by the city centre circular bus route which also stops at Leeds City Station.
